This site collects very little, sets no cookies, and runs no tracking. Everything it does collect is listed below.

3. Why, and on what legal basis
Contact form. To answer your enquiry and take steps toward a possible engagement. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract.
European Market Entry Review. To generate your result and follow up about it. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a), the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email from me. Withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
4. How the readiness score is produced
Your score and the written result are generated automatically from the answers you give. No other data is used, and nothing is looked up about you or your company to produce it. It is a self-assessment tool. It produces no legal effect and nothing similarly significant for you or your company.
5. Who else sees the data

Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared for advertising. Nobody else receives it.
